Polskamp Meat Industrie has been active in the sector for more than 40 years. The management team and its employees have been hard at work to continuously optimise the production of mechanically separated meat and the surrounding processes. Separating meat and bone, packing the mechanically separated meat and freezing and storing the products are just a few examples of processes that have been continuously modernised since the foundation of the company in the early 70s.
Production processes and methods are regularly evaluated and improved or adjusted. Successful techniques or methods are also applied in different areas of the organisation, in an attempt to further improve a high-quality product.
Improvements and adjustments are not only implemented at our own initiative: our suppliers, buyers, transporters and technical partners also regularly come up with suggestions for improvements.
